Bringing New Light To Downtown Chilliwack

District 1881 is a vibrant neighbourhood in downtown Chilliwack, featuring distinctive architecture and historic buildings. Office building project

Adding Much Needed Office Space to Abbotsford

As a three-story commercial tenanted office space, the Ambassador building by J.Floris Construction, was constructed on 1.38 acres of land in Abbotsford BC and includes seven rental units. Our commercial electrical team installed dedicated metered services for individual tenant spaces, which included custom lighting installations and fire alarm systems.

  • Dedicated Metering: Each tenant space needed seperate metering which included custom lighting and fire alarm systems.
  • Common Space: The common space required lighting and outlets for the pedestrian walkways.
  • Tenant Improvements: Our team also provided custom tenant improvements for offices needing a custom setup.

A Commercial Project Requiring Lots of Customization

The Braeber Building project involved the installation of commercial lighting across various areas, including storage, racking, loading docks, and office spaces. Premium Electric’s licensed electricians implemented specialty high bay lighting where needed and installed a comprehensive fire system throughout the 30,000 sq. ft. space.

Leasehold Improvements project

High quality Improvements for A leading Architecture Firm

The Keystone TI project by Premium Electric involved custom electrical tenant improvements for Keystone TI, now located in the Ambassador Building in Abbotsford. The project featured architecturally inspired lighting that met ASHRAE standards, showcasing the team’s attention to detail and commitment to quality.
