Commercial Electrical Tenant Improvement
Our team completed electrical tenant improvements for Keystone TI, which is now located in the new Ambassador Building in Abbotsford, constructed by J. Floris Construction.
This client has rented 5000 sq. ft of space and needed custom electrical work on the new building.
Highlights of this project included the architecturally inspired lighting, all of which conformed to Ashrae requirements.
Our electricians have also worked on many projects for commercial and industrial tenants including Abbotsford’s Maclure Building.

Westerra Equipment
Located on Mount Lehman Rd in Abbotsford BC, the commercial electrical installation project for Westerra Equipment included the construction of equipment storage, services area, office spaces, maintenance bays, as well as a sales space.
Maclure Building
Our commercial electricians worked on this 20,000 sq. ft commercial project which featured both commercial and industrial tenant spaces as well as an electrical room.
Timberlane
As part of a new subdivision by Algra Bros Developments, our licensed electricians is worked on the Timberlane residential electrical installations for the ongoing construction of 58 new modern designed homes. This project is located in east Abbotsford.
